Hallsford Lamb Packs
| Hallsford offer a range of three Lamb Packs. The Dinner Party Pack, the Quick Lamb Pack and the Half Lamb Pack. All cuts are vacuum packed, labeled, ready for the freezer or oven. Delivery is by Next day carrier in a temperature controlled box complete with chill packs. We will contact you prior to delivery. Our flock is made up of rare breed medium sized sheep from Wales, the Llanwenog (Thlan-wen-og). From about February onwards we supply Herdwick, an ancient breed associated with the Lake District, which takes loger to mature The lambs are grass, hay and barley fed. They are slaughtered at Lockerbie and hung for a minimum of 7 days. The result is mouthwatering.
