Lamb Roasts In late 2003 we were delighted to win 'Best Lamb' and then 'Best Overall Fresh Meat' in the North West Fine Foods, Producer of the Year Awards with a Saddle of Llanwenog Lamb. From July to January we supply Llanwenog and then from January/February to June we supply Herdwick. Both breeds are easily finsihed off grass. They produce medium sized joints with a wonderful flavour.   Lamb: Rolled Shoulder 750g £5.25 A half rolled shoulder nicely presented and trimmed. We take the excess fat out of the centre.
