Over the years Hallsford Farm has become recognised as a fantastic source of excellent farm produce - be it's Shorthorn Beef or Rare Breed Lamb and Pork, this reputation has extended from it's online shop to Farmer's Markets, supplying local farm shops and has now branched out into Catering at Events after attending very successfully various outdoor events over the years.

Hallsford is a a member of the Cumberland Sausage Association.

The Cumberland Sausage Association was set up in October 2005 to progress the application for Protected Geographical Indication status and to promote the quality of traditionally made Cumberland Sausage.
