Hallsford Events: We attend quiet a few farmers markets and food festivals check back often for dates.

Despatch schedule for online/mail orders - we aim to despatch all orders received online and via the telephone within two weeks - please order early to avoid disappointment.

Farmers Markets:

February 2010

> 5th Feb - Carlisle City Centre - Held in the pedestrian friendly centre of Carlisle, this award winning Farmers market combines an excellent choice of local produce with the modern facilities of the Great Border City. Organised by Made in Cumbria.

Hours: 1st Friday of the month, 9.30am-3.30pm

> 6th Feb - Cockermouth - provides a rich backdrop for one of Cumbria's newest street markets. Enjoy the best in local foods along with a selection of locally produced crafts. Organised by Made in Cumbria.

Hours: 1st Saturday of the month, 9.30am-2.00pm

> 13th Feb - Harrison & Hetherington - Borderway Mart Exhibition Hall, Rosehill, Carlisle, only two minutes from the M6 Junction 43, or by public transport from Carlisle. Organised by Harrison & Hetherington and Carlisle City Council.

Hours: 2nd Saturday of the month, 9am-1pm

The Cumberland Sausage Association was set up in October 2005 to progress the application for Protected Geographical Indication status and to promote the quality of traditionally made Cumberland Sausage.
