Hallsford Lamb: We supply both Llanwenog lamb from June/July until December. The lambs are naturally reared on our upland farms north of Hadrian's Wall, in Cumbria. We DO NOT use any GM ingredients. Lambs are largely finished on grass and clover. This is sometimes supplemented in the winter months with home grown barley. >>more

Your meat is prepared for the oven or freezer and then vacuum packed and labeled. When ready, it is delivered in temperature tested packaging with ice packs on a next day service. We are normally able to despatch within 14 days of order, often a lot sooner.
