Beef Shorthorn is a traditional breed, the foundation for so many breeds around the world, producing marbled beef. This intra muscular fat is a key ingredient to taste. The meat is hung for a minimum of 3 weeks and then butchered on farm in our purpose built facility. We strongly believe that animals should not travel the length of the country before slaughter. Your order will be despatched on an overnight carrier service in a polystyrene box complete with ice pack. All items are vacuum packed and clearly labelled.
