We supply both Llanwenog and Herdwick lamb. From June/July until December Llanwenog(Thlan-wen-og) is supplied. From December/January until June we supply the slower maturing Herdwick.The lambs are naturally reared on our upland farms north
of Hadrian's Wall, in Cumbria.

page. Both Hallsford and New Dorreyfield farm are extensive upland farms. We DO NOT use any GM ingredients. Lambs are largely finished on grass and clover. This is sometimes supplemented in the winter months with home grown barley.
We
have three Lamb Packs, the Dinner
Party Pack, the Quick Lamb Pack and the Half
Lamb Pack, together with a number of Beef & Lamb
combination packs. Our lamb is a quality product,
hung for a minimum of 7 days. In 2003 we won the North West
Fine Foods, Best Fresh Meat Award with a Saddle of Llanwenog
Lamb.
